We collect the minimum personal information needed to run our services and respond to enquiries. We don’t sell data, we don’t process special-category data, and we keep things only for as long as we need to. Below is the full notice.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us, register for a service, or otherwise interact with our Services.
Sensitive information: we do not process special-category personal information (health, biometric, political opinions, etc.).
When you visit our Services we automatically collect some technical information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs and similar usage data. This is used to maintain security and operation of the Services and for our own analytics.
Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. See section 4.
We process your information to provide, improve and administer our Services, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. We may also process information for other purposes with your consent.
We only process personal information when we have a valid legal basis to do so under UK GDPR. Typically performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation, or your consent.
We are based in the United Kingdom and primarily process data here. Where we use service providers outside the UK or EEA, we put appropriate safeguards in place. Typically the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example for tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymise it. Where this is not possible, for example because data is held in backup archives, we will isolate it from further processing until deletion is feasible.
We do not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under 18. By using the Services you confirm you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services.
If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete the data. If you become aware of such data, please contact info@indigo-labs.co.uk.
You may review, change or terminate your account at any time. Under UK GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object.
Withdrawing consent: if we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@indigo-labs.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. There is no uniform technology standard for recognising DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted in future we will update this notice accordingly.
We may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. For material changes, we may also notify you directly.
If you have questions or comments about this notice, contact us by email at info@indigo-labs.co.uk, by phone on +44 1234 911640, or by post to: Indigo Labs Limited, 72 Aldershot Road, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 3FT, England.
Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold, change it, or have it deleted. To make such a request, email info@indigo-labs.co.uk and we will respond within one calendar month.
Email is the fastest route. We read everything that comes in and reply within two working days.
Social logins
If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a third-party social account (for example LinkedIn), we may receive certain profile information from that provider. Typically your name, email and profile picture.
We use that information only for the purposes described in this notice. We do not control how third-party providers process your data. Please review their privacy notices for details.
