    AI Strategy & Roadmap

    Where most teams start

A short, opinionated read of where AI changes your business, where it does not, and what to do first. Less a 60-slide deck, more a one-page map with the next three engagements clearly named.

    • Use-case discovery
    • Buy / build / partner
    • Risk + governance
    • Capability gaps
  2. 02

    Digital Transformation

    Foundations

We empower non-technical companies to become smart technology companies, regardless of history. By adapting processes and mentoring leadership to put technology at the centre of strategy. Track record of turning struggling traditional businesses into technological powerhouses.

    • Process redesign
    • Data foundations
    • Org & operating model
  3. 03

    Agentic Build

    Hands on the keys

Where strategy needs to become a working system, our build team takes over. Agents that do useful work in production, integrated with your existing tools, observable, and safe to operate. Not chatbots.

    • Multi-agent systems
    • Tool integration
    • Eval + observability
    • Human-in-the-loop

    Education & Enablement

    For the whole team

Workshops and curricula for leadership teams, engineering organisations and the rest of the business. Designed and delivered by people who ship AI systems for a living, not consultants who read the white paper last week.

    • Exec briefings
    • Engineering bootcamps
    • Cross-team literacy
Who this is for

We do our best work
with these kinds of teams.

Non-tech businesses

Traditional industries that know AI is going to reshape them, and want to lead that change rather than be reshaped by it. We have done this in energy, healthcare, telematics, EV.

Tech companies pre-AI

You have a real product and a real engineering team, but the AI strategy is still slideware. We help you ship the first agentic capability that customers actually use.

Boards & investors

You need to know whether the AI story in the deck is real, what it would actually cost to build, and which of your portfolio companies will compound this advantage versus burn capital chasing it.

An illustrative engagement
Anonymised sketch
Sector
Top-3 UK energy provider
Engagement
AI strategy + agentic build, 14 months and ongoing.

A traditional utility with petabytes of operational data and almost no AI in production. We started with a one-page strategy that named the three highest-leverage use cases, then built the first agentic system to handle a slice of customer operations end-to-end. Inside a year it was deflecting cases the team had previously considered un-automatable.

Outcome
Production system handling a meaningful share of contact volume. Two further agentic workflows now in build, owned by the client team we trained alongside it.

Where would AI compound the most for you?
